Ingredients
- Pomfret Fish – 500g
- Oil – Required to fry
- Fish fry masala – 3 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Salt – 1/2 tbsp
- Lemon – 1/2 lemon juice
- Water – Required Amount
Instructions
1First, clean the Pomfret fish and then wash with lemon water to get rid of the smell. Take a bowl and add all the above masala powders and then make as a paste. After mixing as a paste without any lumps, add fish to this paste one by one. Apply the masala throughout the fish and then marinate for 30 minutes.
2Heat the pan and then pour oil to the pan. Add the marinated fish to the hot oil and cook in medium flame. Allow the fish to cook for one minute in this side.
3Slowly turn the fish to the other side and cook for another 2 minutes. Finally, turn off the flame and then serve the crispy,spicy and tasty pomfret fish fry.
